Our policies are here to help create a smooth experience from order to delivery. Because many of our offerings are made to order and presentation-focused, advance communication is always appreciated.
Orders and availability
All orders are subject to availability. Advance ordering is recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, gifting quantities, and larger events.
Custom orders, event work, and larger-format requests should be placed as early as possible to help ensure availability and coordination.
Made to order
Many Hosted Occasions offerings are prepared to order. Because of that, timing and communication matter, especially for custom details, event needs, and gifting quantities.
Delivery
Local delivery may be available depending on order size, timing, and location. Delivery details and timing will be confirmed as part of the order process.
Pickup
Pickup may be available for select orders. If you are interested in pickup, please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make a change to an order, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate updates when timing allows.
Cancellations
Because many items are prepared to order, cancellation flexibility may vary depending on the timing and type of order. Event and custom orders may require earlier notice.
Presentation and Seasonal Variation
Because our products are styled and food-based, presentation may vary slightly depending on ingredient availability, seasonality, and order type. We always aim to keep the overall look and experience polished and on-brand.
